- A mid-forties married father of two teenage girls. I stay in shape by competing in running events and triathlons. I am getting ever so close to catching those boys running from my girl's windows. I will blog about fatherhood, family, life and that occassional itch. I may also review restaurants, movies, music and books whether I have eaten, seen, listened or read any of them.
